Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk 2/8 am




Who was on our walk? Pebbles, Alice & George.
What time were we in the park? 930-10
Were did we go? Sydney Park
General comments: This morning turned out to be freezing! We walked around the park & me & Pebbles played fetch, untill she got to tyred then she just carried the ball around. Alice got the ball once but Pebbles was to excited for her so she dropped it & let her have it. We meet three of Alice & Georges' friends while we were walking around. I think that they quite well known down at Sydney park :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
