Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk 17/8 am




Who was on our walk?Bella, Molly, Alice, George & Inca
What time were we in the park? 11-12
Were did we go?Sydney Park
General comments:Every one ran around & played a lot. Inca looked like he had a good time trotting around with every one. Molly found some one else's ball & ran around with it for a while, which she thought was lots of fun. Bella had a good time running around & getting other dogs to chase her. Alice & George were very well behaved & quite compared to the other dogs :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
