Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk 11/8 am




Who was on our walk?Molly, Pebbles, Cena & Lilly
What time were we in the park?940-1040
Were did we go?Centennial Park
General comments: We had a lovely walk today. Molly ran so much watching her makes me feel tired. Pebbles had a good run as well, she spent a bit of time trying to get strangers to through her the ball. Cena & lilly had a good game of fetch the stick. & Cena & Molly are becoming friends, they played together quite a bit today :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
