Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Leroy Individual Walk 15/10


What time was our walk? 9-10
Who was on the walk: Leroy
General comments: Leroy & I had a nice walk this morning. Half way through our walk a little dog found us & started following us. He made friends with me & Leroy. In the end we found his owner :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.
