Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk pm 30/6




Who was on our walk? Bella, Nala, Floyd, Hudson & Pippa.
What time were we in the park?130-230
Were did we go? Jubelee Park
General comments: It was a lovely sunny afternoon & Hudson & Pippa were out again with me again today. Bella & Floyd had a ball together running & playing. Bella, Floyd & Pippa had a little dip in the water. Nala & Hudson were smarter then that and stayed dry as it was quiet cold. When we were finished our walk I think that every one was was tired & ready to go home after all the running & playing we did :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
