Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk 7/7




Who was on our walk? Bella, Molly, Nala, Jasper & Floyd.
What time were we in the park?12-1
Were did we go? Centennial Park
General comments: Today was Floyds first time at Centennial park with me & he really enjoyed him self, running around sniffing all the new nooks & cranny's. Every one got along well today, running around & playing together. Nala & Jasper mostly just walked & sniffed along the way :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
