Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Group Walk 5/7



Who was on our walk? Bella, Nala, Jasper, Hudson & Pippa.
What time were we in the park? 11:20-12:20
Were did we go? Sydney Park
General comments: We had a lovely relax walk in the park today. It did rain a little bit on us but nothing to torrential. Pippa & Bella had a great time running around playing together. They looked like the had a great game of stick going for a while, which was very amusing to watch. The rest of us enjoyed a nice peace full stroll around the park which was fairly empty because of the rain :)

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.

Jasper is a 11 year old, Golden Retriever. Jasper is a very kind gentle natured dog. He still acts like a puppy when he is excited but he is usually the slowest walker in the group. He also hates it when i stop & talk to people when were out walking.

Born 7/02. Male. Staffie. Leroy is a lovely boy, he is very affectionate & always happy & excited to greet me. Leroy can some times get a bit bossy with younger dogs, I think he likes to teach them lessons & he also likes to play tug of war with his lead :)
