Levels of hormones that make us feel good & those hormones involved in social attachment, go up when were around dogs & stress hormone levels go down.

Elsa's Day Out 2






Elsa and i have had a lot of fun together this week. We have met lots of new friends, been to heaps of cool places and maybe even became friends. Elsa is extremely playful and lovely. Elsa always gets very excited when she finally gets home to her mum.

Nala is a 5 year old, female, Jack Russell. Nala sticks very close to me on our walks. when there is a dog that is falling behind she will always stop & wait for them to catch up. & she gets any one in trouble if they are playing to rough.
